NOT!

The weekend didn’t end up being all about the move after all. Although I did take a small load on Friday evening over, we concentrated on fixing the Rialto house …. Will worked in the bathroom and I painted.

We did end up doing some work on our new place on Monday. We spent a lot of time prepping and painting the tile to give it a permanent shine & preparing it for easy cleaning. It looks MARVELOUS!! Now that this work is done, we can move. Afterwards, we were both so wiped out… and today we’re sore. We also noticed one more important feature of our place: we’ll be in shape living there! Who needs running when you have three flights of stairs to climb?!

In other news: Did you hear that it SNOWED on Friday? On Friday morning, one friend from Rialto said she had snow on her car and another in Fontana said snow covered their neighborhood! It was even snowing in the afternoon. Just when I merged onto the 210 East on my way home, I encountered it and when Will arrived home at 2, it was snowing at our Rialto house!! The disk jockey said that it hasn’t snowed in Rancho Cucamonga area for 17 years! Crazy!!!
