Two houses and a baby!

My sister just closed on her house! The city bought her house several months ago and had “allowed” them to stay in it until December 1st. They wanted to tear it down initially, but they’ll use it for office space for a while. Anyway, so for the last two months, Heather & Josh were scrambling (last minute planners?) to find something else for their family. They found a house they REALLY liked, but they had some credit issues (bad partnership which is haunting their credit). So, for the last few weeks, we’ve all heard a lot of “It’ll be Wednesday.” “No, you’re not approved. It’ll be Monday.” “No, sorry. It’ll be next Thursday.” Yesterday, they FINALLY got the keys!! They were so excited, right after the signing, they headed straight over to their new place! Very cool!!

Our house will be next! They’re running our credit now….
