It is Finished!

We’re going to pick up the keys today! I’m not sure how much we can move over the next 24 hours, but I am considering asking for Friday off, and since Monday’s a holiday, botta-bing, botta-boom! =) I should also add that I have a WHOLE new appreciation for our borrowers now, and their patience!!

The next big news is that we have a new toilet! Don’t worry, I’m not going to share anything grotesque… but, we have 2 bathrooms. One has a working toilet and working shower, but not a working sink. The other has a working sink and broken toilet & shower. These have been projects for some time. So, Will bought a toilet a few weeks ago and was finally able to install it two days ago. It’s funny the things you can appreciate! =)

On another front, I’ve been carpooling with a great family. The husband and wife work with me and the children go to school not too far away from our office. They only live a city away from Will & me. So, for the last week, it’s worked out really nicely. And honestly, much nicer for me as my car is simply too small to hold 5… This will soon end now that we’re moving, but it has been great!
